Return & Restock Policy

At M&J Autoglass, we value our customers and want to ensure that they are satisfied with our services. For this reason, we have created a clear and easy-to-understand return policy for any situation in which our customers need to return a product or request a refund.

  • Customers have 12 hours to report broken, chipped, scratched or any other damaged glass for credit consideration. After 12 hours we will not issue credit on any damaged parts (Only for online appointment orders).
  • Customers who cancel their orders on the same day of our mobile service will be charged a 15% penalty of the total amount.
  • Parts returned after 30 days of sale will be charged a 15 % re-stoking fee.
  • No returns accepted after 60 days.
